1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and 009bat ("009bat", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 009bat website at https://009bat.net and all related services, features, content, and products offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing pages, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how the Platform is accessed, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. 009bat does not currently offer a standalone downloadable application; these Terms apply to all browser-based access.

009bat reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a 009bat account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities and automated bots may not register accounts);
• You are registering the account for your own personal, recreational use only;
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any other person or entity in relation to this account;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 009bat, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously had a 009bat account permanently suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the 009bat platform or imposed by a third-party responsible gaming authority, that remains active at the time of registration;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.

009bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 009bat may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

3Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 009bat services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and mailing address. You must also create a unique username and a strong password for your account.

By submitting your registration information, you warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you. The deliberate submission of false, misleading, or fabricated registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active 009bat account at any given time. Registering, or attempting to register, multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where 009bat identifies multiple accounts attributable to the same individual, all associated accounts will be reviewed, any bonus credits will be voided, net winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited, and the accounts may be permanently closed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 009bat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 009bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices, 009bat requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer verification process before processing withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 or at any time 009bat deems verification necessary. The KYC process requires the submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, in some cases, a document confirming your current residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal processing delayed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

009bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from accounts held at major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in the account cashier section.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction for standard account holders, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits that operate independently of these Terms. Withdrawal limits for unverified accounts are set at ৳5,000 per day; verified accounts are subject to higher limits as communicated in the cashier section.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the 009bat account balance instantaneously upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time business day to be reflected in the account balance. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by 009bat within five (5) minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one (1) business day to appear in the destination account depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Player Funds

Funds deposited by players are held separately from 009bat operating funds. Player funds are not used for any operational purpose. In the event of any account dispute, 009bat will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that verified player balances are returned promptly. 009bat does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Third-party fees imposed by the payment provider itself are outside 009bat's control and are the responsibility of the player.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

009bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonus credits awarded by 009bat are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless the specific offer states otherwise. Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as Baccarat and Roulette may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

009bat reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk bets that do not reflect genuine gambling activity for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements; using a bonus in combination with a betting strategy designed to reduce risk below the level that constitutes genuine wagering; or exploiting a technical error or miscommunication in bonus terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. 009bat is not obligated to provide a reminder before a bonus expires. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the validity period of any bonus credited to their account.

6User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the 009bat Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from any conduct that is harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise contrary to these Terms. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following specific conduct is strictly prohibited on the 009bat Platform:

• Accessing the Platform while under the age of 18 years, or knowingly facilitating access by an underage person;
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification;
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain; any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and subject to clawback;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing any third party to access or operate your account;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the 009bat Platform;
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

009bat reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant authorities — where it determines in its sole discretion that any of the above conduct has occurred or is occurring.

7Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 009bat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 009bat will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance to the payment method most recently used for deposits on the account, provided that the account has completed KYC verification. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances will have the bonus portion of the balance forfeited upon closure; real-money balances will be returned in full subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 009bat

009bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; suspected underage gambling; provision of false or misleading registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other circumstance in which 009bat determines that continuing to provide services to the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

7.3 Effects of Closure

Upon closure of an account by either party, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. Any bonus credits, free spins, or promotional awards that have not been converted to withdrawable real-money funds at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money balances on legitimately operated accounts will be returned subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

8Responsible Gaming

009bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its players. As part of this commitment, 009bat provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available within every player account, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, loss limits, reality-check notifications, and self-exclusion options for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is a recreational activity and that 009bat's services are not intended to be used as a source of income, a means of resolving financial difficulty, or in any other manner inconsistent with responsible recreational use. You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic.

009bat reserves the right to proactively apply responsible gaming controls — including temporary deposit limits or account cooling-off periods — to any account where internal monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. 009bat will notify the affected player by the contact details registered to the account when such controls are applied.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 009bat Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 009bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the 009bat Platform, except as incidental to your normal use of the Platform through standard browser caching, without the prior written consent of 009bat. Any unauthorised use of 009bat intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

Game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain vested in the respective game studios. 009bat makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 009bat, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated entities will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 009bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

009bat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

009bat provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 009bat will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via the Platform homepage or registered player email addresses.

11Amendments to These Terms

009bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://009bat.net/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where 009bat makes a material change to these Terms — meaning a change that substantively affects your rights or obligations as a player — 009bat will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting updates) may be made without advance notice.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7 above. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 009bat operates the Platform for use by players in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any other jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 009bat arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact the 009bat support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. 009bat will acknowledge all complaints within two (2) Bangladesh Standard Time business days and will aim to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to mutual satisfaction within this timeframe, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any further legal remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law. These Terms do not and cannot exclude or restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contract.
